Bahama Bay Resort is a privately owned luxury, secluded, Caribbean-style apartment resort sitting right on the banks of Lake Davenport. Laid out over a 70-acre spread of gardens, lawns, lagoons and fountains, making it a beautiful place to stay.
The resort is located in Central Florida just minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort and very close to all of Orlando's attractions.
Rated as one of the top place to stay in the Kissimmee area, this resort is featured in the many brochures from major travel companies worldwide.
The Resort
Four heated pools and hot spas around the resort offer breaks from theme-park visits. One of the pools is by the clubhouse, along with two 10-person spas, expansive sundecks furnished with lounge chairs. A bar in the clubhouse offers a spot for grown-ups to relax and listen to soft Caribbean music. A Bahamian-style spa offers more than 60 treatments and includes a fitness centre and hair salon.
In the clubhouse is the reception desk, a games room, play station consoles, internet café, library, movie theatre and a small gift/sundries shop. At night, guests can watch the Disney theme-park fireworks light up the sky from the clubhouse balcony.
A Bahamian style restaurant with bar is located down by the lake. The second pool and two hot spas together with expansive sundecks furnished with lounge chairs is between the restaurant and the man-made sandy beach and Lake Davenport.
